Of course German Herbert Fandel saw everything, he is a good referee. He knows what he is doing, he ignores protests because he knows best. He doesn't fall for dives (Scholes and, yes again, Christiano Ronaldo) and books when nessesary. But also for protesting (Rooney).
If only his assistants could be a little preciser with the off-side rule and not just wave their little flags all the time, Rooney could have scored a goal as well.
