Although most of his calls were right, he did not leave a good impression. But all together he was far better than most (biased) contributors whose comments you can see on the right hand side. It's understandable if your team does not win you are disappointed, but please try to be better than the one you like to blame, be sportive do not only blame it on the referee.

I can only accuse Coulibaly of two errors. If he was really good he would have had the guts to give a red to the American player who elbowed a Slovene in the first minute. What focus do you have when the game is just started and the only thing you like doing is to hurt your opponent: sick. That's another sport isn't it?

And yes I think Coulibaly was wrong to call off the American goal in the 87th minute, although it can be argued that numerous people and shirts were pulled down in a big scramble: what do we know what Coulibaly saw and what his reason was to disallow this goal...

Overall not much harm was done. Both teams were not playing very well and both teams still have a chance to get through to the next round in a group that is obvious the most easy one to pass. Let's hope our American friends behave more sportive then.
