at least when play happened in and around the centre of the field, Cakir often did not venture far from the centre mark. At first he did, but later on during the match he seemed to tire and he got moody. It was that kind of match. Don't blame him for it.
was he good? Maybe OK. With Cakir as with all referees a foul is a foul everywhere but in the penalty area. So pushing and kicking in the box was ok with him. Don't blame him for that either. That's just the way it is. If it wasn't, matches would end with 8 or so goals, most of them from penalties.
