Full chaotic Centenario too intimidating for Busacca.

During the game there was a costant noise that made it hard for Busacca to hear his assistants, though everything seemed to be easy going for Busacca in the first half. In the second half he lost it. Uruguay was constant delaying the game and stealing time. With every free kick they stole more than 5 meters, the same with through inns, Busacca he let it all happen.

Halfway the second half a fight broke out between the two sides from the dug out. Busacca never reacted, again Uruguay stole time and was rewarded. Although I like Uruguay a lot myself, the way they play is often not sportive and very strange. They act like macho's, but they cry like girls: constantly falling and so much aching... Great referees should study the teams they are going to referee. Busacca clearly did not. Uruguay likes to intimidate their opponents constantly, they have a long history of outsmarting unsportive behaviour: Busacca rewarded them again.

This match though, Uruguay was the better team. Over two matches I doubt if the best team received the ticket for South-Africa. Better prepared referees could have decided differently.
