There were a couple of wrong off-sides and wrong throw-inns. The moment the missed penalty was shot, the Kopenhagen goalkeeper was more than a meter before his goal line. A more convinced referee would have called for a second penalty... The list of minor errors from Kelly and his assistants in this match is a quite long, although Kelly made no big mistakes. Actually during the second half he was getting better.

The match itself was not very interesting. PSV tried their best, Kopenhagen was blocking and countering. It resulted in a lot of fouls, dead time, slow pace: not very interesting all together until the first goal when Kopenhagen started to play football.
