Muniz saw a lot of fouls in the first half. Muniz whistles a lot. Small pushes, an accidental brush, a player loses his balnce, these were all fouls according to the Spanish ref.
But he is slow with his whistle and that way he can play the advantage which he did a few times.
Except with that penalty.

PSV's plan must have been to loose. The players did their utmost best: shooting from far and straight into the air; passing the ball to an opponent in front of their own goal and using the goalie in their play. The PSV keeper (of the Swedish national team) must be the worst player ever who immediately starts to panic when someone passes him the ball.
In spite of all their troubles and all that hard work, PSV managed to win.
