The game helped Simon because there weren´t big controversies. Uruguay took control of the ball and scored with justice, and Paraguay could never really threaten the Uruguayan goal-line. They could have scored once more during the 1st time. In the 2nd, Simón should have used more cards, and the 2nd goal of Uruguay could have been invalidated. When Lugano jumped, he pushed a Paraguayan defender. Simón didn´t consider this as a foul.
