To start with: Twente's first goal was clearly from an off-side situation. Cakir's assistant probably doesn't know the rule very well, or he would have raised his flag. Cakir was somewhere else.
There was a bit of a fight between Twente sider Elia and Schalke's Rafinha. Elia tried to get the ref to book Rafinha and Rafinha hit Elia in the face. This was after Cakir had whistled for another foul. Cakir didn't notice the irritations, neither did his assistants nor did the 4th official who stood about three metres from it.
Cakir stands too far off from the action, that way he has to put a lot of trust in his assistants, who were not very good. And that way he first has to lask them what they saw and that makes him slow.
And he whistled a lot, sometimes for every little push and then suddenly he let it go and allowed too much. That caused irritation and players pushing each other.

Last year Schalke had really bad forwards in Kuranyi, Asamoah and Altintop Not really football players at all but two tall guys who look like hairdressers (or small time crooks) and one who looks like a not very good fat rap artist. This year they bought a new coach (from Twente), an assistant coach (from Twente) and a midfielder (from Twente) and one forward in decline (from PSV). But Kuranyi is still there and so is Asamoah and later on even Altintop stumbled around on the field. And Schalke wants to win matches?
