Some refs always whistle for a foul, others interpretate the situation. The former slow the game down, the latter can make mistakes. That's what Moen did: he made a few mistakes. And one of them should have been a penalty when Fyenoord back Hofland pulled Wagner Love down in the area (earlier in the match Hofland had hit Love, also not a foul according to Moen).
But Moen did a few good things as well: the game was fast, he gave the advantage a couple of times, he sent off Aldonin with a second yellow.
Love scored twice but the man of the match was Van Bronckhorst (who used to call himself Gio when he played for Barcelona), who scored a goal and an own goal and who gave the assist for Love's (from the other team, remember) first goal.
Not a bad match.
