Off-side?

1st Argentinian goal seemed to be a little off-side . When Riquelme released Messi, the Barcelona star seemed to be in a slightly illegal position. But TV didn´t show an adequate replay, so... we can just suppose that it may have been a little off-side.

Whistling

There also were hard fouls. Stark had to whistle a lot, but he showed only one or two cards for hard actions. He was more severe with other things: he booked - correctly - Kalou for diving, and also booked Riquelme for kicking the ball away after the referee conceded a free-kick to Ivory Coast. At the beginning of the 2nd half, after the Africans scored, an action of Zabaleta inside Argentinian area seemed as a penalty, but, again, Chinese TV was sleeping.

Lines man

One of the German lines men invalidated one goal in each half, during the 1st to Ivory Coast, and during the 2nd to Argentina. In both he flagged correctly, because both Gervinho and Agüero were off-side. He was also OK when convalidated the Argentinian victory goal: Acosta was in legal position.
