Aurelio stepped on Ballack's ankle, just when Busacca was running past them a metre away and not looking. Things like that can be the start of a feud and that was exactly what it looked like when Rolfes banged his head against Ayhan's as if it was the ball. Rolfes was the one with the most blood, but I think he did it on purpose. Something similar happened in the 2nd half when Klose was hit by a Turkish head.

I'm not the one to call for more cards, I like Frojdfeldt who acknowledges the foul but leaves the card in his pocket for awhile, with Busacca though you get the feeling he didn't see what happened. If Busacca had booked a player or two at the beginning he would have had an easier match. Booking can be efficient sometimes.
