Maybe Kapitanis didn't do his homework, maybe he had no idea who Danko Lazovic is. The Serbian forward made a very obvious dive, like he often does, it's his task: score a goal, make it happen, whatever it takes. It is the referee's task to see through these things. Kapitanis was wrong, very wrong, he fell for it. He even booked the Swedish goalie, when he should have booked Lazovic.
And the assistants were as often wrong as they were right about off-side.
