just a couple of guys in green shirts

well..

the murkiness of his decisions caused some irritation among the players, especially among the ones from Cameroon, most of whom seem bigger and stronger than the Egyptians so that every collision ended up with an Egyptian on the ground. The Egyptians were faster though, and had better shots.

match

In the first half it was a team (Egypt) not against one of the favorites to win the cup but against just a couple of guys in green shirts - not necessarily football players. Cameroon was slightly better in the second half (still bad), but to no avail. When Hosny decided to try his luck with a shot Egypt scored its 4th goal.

and then this

A cross, a simple one, shot from a situation where the player has no opponents, and ending up somewhere in the box not too far from the goal. That can be practiced, right? So why don't they? Every single one of them went wide, way too far or behind the goal.

shoes

Zidan took off his shoes after he had scored his first goal. There are exact rules about the taking off of a shirt: on or over your head is a yellow, lifting it to your chin is not. How about shoes? I'm sure some FIFA commission somewhere has to go to work on it.
