Faghani had a great performance and it was due to his great calls which he earned the respect of the players. As like every other referee, he made some minor mistakes but he got all of the big decisions right!

6 Yellow Cards

Faghani handed out 6 yellow cards - 3 to each team - during the match and all 6 were correct. After showing the yellow cards to the players, there was not much argument from the players.

Faghani called a Penalty Kick for Saudi Arabia which the goalkeeper saved, but the penalty kick itself was the right decision and the defender from China who had committed the foul, did not argue at all.
