He missed two strong penalty appeals on either side (8'' and 78''). He disallowed a regular goal (18'') where the team called for offside but the real pain for me is to watch his style in action. I'm not convinced by his decision making nor does his outer manner and personalilty seems to contribute to a safe refereeing display. What really horryfied me, was the way he issued the second yellow. You may debate if it is a sensible thing to do - after a controversial call to send a player off with a second yellow if you are not in control. But don't do it like an angry child - this is how Stephane looked. He made him even weaker than he already is. After four years at international level, not Elite enough for me.
