He showed 4 yellow cards during the match which were all correct. He probably could have given a few more yellow cards but decided to manage the situation instead of just throwing cards around.

The Big Moment...

The penalty changed the match and it was the only goal of the match. Yes, the ball did hit the defender's hand but it was definitely not intentional, therefore, it was not a penalty. The defender has less than 1 second to react which means it was not intentional.

Overall

As I mentioned before, he actually had a good performance but the penalty ruined the match as it had direct influence on the result.
