Aydinus has never lost control throughout the game. Players have respected his decisions. And, most of his decisions were totally correct. He had no hesitation when he pointed penalty spot where GK of Rapid Wien has clipped down Genk forwarder with a totally out-of-control body tackle in Min 28. I also agree that YC was adequate in this situation. There was a good harmony with his AARs, and this resulted in distinguishing between dive-ins and real fouls. He correctly rejected different penalty appeals (Min 32,74) where one of the players has left himself easily on ground in a challange, and the other with a ball hit on the shoulder. He has also applied a number of advantages which resulted in intresting attacks. His ARs were also busy all match long. In the first half, there were too many tight offside decisions by AR1 where highlights has approved the calls. And, there were two good onside decisions before the Rapid Wien goals.
I think there were also points to improve in this performance. He was a bit in the play in my taste. His positioning sometimes affected the path of the attacks. And, he keeps the same diagonal to run all match long. I think, he could be more flexible in this case. Overall, I have admired the performance of Aydinus and team.
