Peru 2 - 2 Bolivia
Copa America 2007 group stage · 2007-07-03 Referee: Carlos Chandía

little things

overall

Overall Chandía was good, but it's the little things he did wrong that stick. There were no problems in the first half and only two yellows, but in the second half Peru had to do something, they had to at least even the score. Which they did. But there was some stalling for time for a while by Bolivia and Chandía fell for it. And play started to get a bit rougher, which turned out to be a little too much for Chandía and his assistants.

but

Little mistakes like no offside, maybe red for Zuniga or at least a booking and one yellow that wasn't nessecary. I didnt see why Reyes got shown a yellow, but neither did the commentators. Venezuelans should not be given the task of showing football matches ever again.
