Well, Lannoy looks like a friendly chap, he has a smile for an injured player and can look a bit angry, but angry like a father, who just pretends. He had to make some decisions in the first half but could have gone back to his hotel after Belgium scored 2-2.

And one could wonder why Lannoy booked some players and didn't book others. Both he and his assistants made little mistakes and missed awarding a corner shot. Like the players, Lannoy and his team were also "beginners". It seemed though, that he didn't want to book a player who already had had a booking before in another match, thus allowing him to enjoy playing in at least the semi finals.
