Man Management

His man management is still terrible and honestly, I can't defend him anymore as I did in the past. He doesn't know how to talk and deal with players which makes players and fans frustrated.

Penalty and second caution

He awarded a penalty that was impossible to see. I did see contact but I see those calls only made by amateur referees and Al Ghamdi is not an amateur referee. The player who supposedly committed the penalty, received his second caution in only 2 minutes. That's just terrible.
