Kevin Blom is not a bad ref at all and certainly not biased. I guess he had an off-day and perhaps he isn't up to this level, whatever level it may be, because even Scottish papers say Scotland played badly. So was it that bad? The last thing you see, if it's important, is often what forms your opinion; a boring film with a sensational ending is often considered better than a sensational one with a boring ending.
