Here is my attempt of translation, you have noticed I don´t speak English well, but I thnik this can help a bit to understand me...
After a strange designation policy for the referee during the WC, in which the favorite referees for the final were blocked, because of their performance or because of being Europeans (Cakir, Clattenburg) or because of FIFA's decisions that I will never understand (O´Leary, Vad), the final referee was poor and noone was under my expectations for leading this final, but I believe FIFA made a good choice, a young referee in his first FIFA tournament, who did a reasonable job in his previous match without being a top referee. He did manage the match in a reasonable way, and it is a big step on his road to a WC, I don´t know about 2014, but for 2018 is a very good and big step.
Like in the 15th minute of the first half of a very easy game, we had the first polemic decision, a kick that did not go in, I'm quite sure after seeing it more than once. But at the beginning it was a bit confusing. The fact to think is the following: If that ball comes in, who do we ask the referees to see it? A millimeter? Do we expect the referees to have "supervision" like superman?
Geiger had some problems to control the players, he allowed during the game some little fights between players with out showing cards, but at the end this did not interfere in the result and did not turn into a big fight. His cards were most reasonable, I only have my doubts in one he showed for a possible simulation. His criterion to give fouls was better than in his previews matches. A word for his neutrality, yes, he favored Brazil a little, but it was not that big as some members of this forum are saying (yes each one has his vision and I respect it), but still if he did it I don´t think he had that intention, that's why I did not gave him the grade I would have given some Kassai's, Rizzoli´s or Cakir´s. Because he had almost no experience internationally and it is not easy for someone like him.
This was a weird match, it started very good, with two goals in the fist minutes, but than it had downs that only special players could solve. No one can beat an inspirited Brazil. So congratulations to the champions and to Portugal for their good tournament. Congratulations to Colombia for being at the high of a big tournament and showing the world that when all Colombia work together for something, we can be one country. And lastly I want to thank our reporters Rigodon, Maia, Nacho, Cagatay and Croref, who were interested in helping us with this project of reporting all the matches of this tournament together with Niclas and me we did it.
