Good performance but false INFO

Red card, 76th minute

The red card for violent conduct for the player from Turkmenistan was quite obvious but the referee had to get some help from his assistant because he was keeping an eye on something else. Either way, it was a great decision. No complaints from anyone even the home team players and bench.

False INFO

Unfortunately someone had told worldreferee that Mohsen Torky had handed out 8 yellow cards but when you look at the match report on the fifa website it says ONLY 4.

FIFA Approved?

I am a big fan of football in Asia and I hope it grows even bigger and hope to see more teams from Asia be successful in the World Cup but my question is how was this stadium FIFA Approved? Horrible grass (if you can call it that) and everything else looked from 50 years ago too.
