Podemos decir que las dos expulsiones son las claves del partido, una dada y otra no, primero la de Vargas, muy claro el codazo en la cara del jugador uruguayo, Orosco estaba cerca y no dudó en mostrarle la roja directa. (Infame que la Conmebol sólo lo sancione por una fecha). La otra debía ser la expulsión de Lugano, muchas faltas sin sanción, tanto así que debió irse por doble amarilla o incluso roja directa en el momento que Orosco apenas le mostró la amarilla. De resto Orosco tuvo problemas en la ubicación en el campo y algunas protestas exageradas que no resolvió adecuadamente.

Partido

No la mejor semifinal, pero mucho mejor que la de ayer, Orosco puede estar orgulloso, pues es el primer árbitro de Bolivia en una semifinal de Copa América (hubo uno en la final, pero nunca en semifinal). Perú, cuando recupere sus lesionados, será un rival muy difícil en las eliminatorias, que por lo visto en esta Copa América, serán las más difíciles de los últimos mundiales.

Red Card (s)

We can say that the two dismissals are the keys of the match, one given and another not, first the red card of Juan Vargas, a very clear elbow in the face of the Uruguayan player, Orosco was close to the action and did not hesitate to show him the straight red card (unbelievable that CONMEBOL merely suspends him for one match!). The other one should have went against Lugano who commited many fouls without having been cautioned, that many that he should have been sent off due to two yellows or directly when Orosco showed him first the yellow card. Furthermore, he had problems with his positioning on the pitch and he did not solve exaggerated protests in an adequate way.
