Normalcy can be a surprise

Olegario Benquerenca seemed very calm and composed tonight. He used a flexible and well-measured approach to this match which wasn't really a big challenge for an experienced referee like him. He resisted to the temptation to put on a show just for himself. The only point I would make is that he seemed a bit too reluctant to book at least one or two Uru players towards the end. Could have also booked Friedrich for his challenge before a free kick.
