Comparing de Bleeckere's perfomance to Stark's one

I think we all agree that the control was slightly better, no doubt about that. However, Stark paid more attention to getting the right decisions, de Bleeckere sometimes kept both eyes closed and his has to be asked whether this is what one expects from a good referee.
