Penalty and Red card

The red card was absolutely correct since the player was denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity but the foul happened outside the penalty area and the referee gave a penalty.

The referee blew his whistle a lot both ways to stop the match. he didn't help the flow of the match which frustrated players, coaches and even fans.
