This time another Hungarian player did the same and Dzsudzsak scored. Moen however wanted none of it. Wait till I whistle, he said.
So what is it? You normally don't have to wait for the whistle with a free kick, only when the ref tells you so. This can be tricky; not every player knows what the ref has told the guy behind the ball, if the free kick is near the goal, most players are busy pushing each other.

Moen was okay, not great, just another ref, and again I thought one of his assistants (don't know which one) was wrong a few times with his off-side calls

this was a weird match. In the last two matches against Hungary, Holland scored 10 goals to Hungary one, so this time some of the players must have had problems concentrating. Hence the 1-2 at the start of the second half. And the 3-3 a little later, but that was it.
