Just at the start of the game, and probably the biggest decision for the ref. Olegario was close to play and with no doubt he considered that the Wales defender fouled. A correct decision, but he forgot the YC.

Better than usual Olegario didn't whistle for every foul today. He was very good using advantage and that was good for the game too. His foul detection was also very good, with a good positioning and a good ref-player relation. Some strict yellows but in the end a good job.
