The Italian team seems to miss a penalty for both sides. Both were easy to judge. At minute 27 Skrtel used his arm to deflect a shot from Braga. At 38 Carroll was pushed in the penalty area. In both cases no Rocchi and no assistants...

Not that neutral

Missed a lot of foul situations, but was pro Liv when pointing fouls all over the game. In discipline he was soft with Liverpool, in particular with Skrtel. Rocchi forgave him the 2nd yellow for 2 times during the game. Some others yellows were missed. For Braga he gave at least one non-sense punishment.
