Fagundes was OK, he made some mistakes with his foul detection, at the beginning of the game he did not gave a clear handball. He seems to be pro Independiente, (It always happens in Argentina), but in general he is a normal referee. He was number two last year in Brazil, but he is not going to the WC, it´s a shame he had the chance,as number one in Brazil this year, but he will be 45 in 2013.
