Kakos didn't want to book anyone at the start of the match. No idea why not. It's what certain refs do. Later on in the second half there was another bad kick and Kakos did book. But the wrong guy. He booked the guy who protested. Kakos is strict for the wrong reasons. He's like a schoolmaster. The ball has to be at the exact right leaf of grass for a free kick.
