The sins of the referee

Disallowed a goal for an alleged foul (that wasn't a foul, Falcao didn't touch the Besiktas player). Maicon expelled following a bid divided, although this is the least of his sins (red card was too much). Missed a clear penalty on Falcao moments later, sending FC Porto to the break with a goal down and a player less. Better in the second half, but had blurred the painting indelibly on the initial stage. Too bad.

Why we need that 2 extra-refs?

they just make more mistakes...

probably they are very happy with this nomination...That was a failure since the begining. Clos Gomez couldn't handle the stadium pressure and being a ref for a team of a neighboring country increased the pressure on him, and in the end he was partial and inconsistent.
