She was active in the U17 Women WC in New Zealand than in the U20 Women WC of 2010 in Germany and is one of the referees that will be present in the Woman WC of 2011 again in Germany.
- Reyes has always told that it is very difficult for a female referee to be accepted in the men matches in South America. "It had been very difficult because in South America exist too much maleness. The men don´t accept when a women is in charge" she said once in an interview
- Reyes says that she won respect after she had been in the two World Cups (u17 and u20), of course they were women world cups.
- She remembers when she had to send off a player after he insulted her. She says that she had not heard such a bad words from a player. Fortunately for her even the president of Perú supported her call and the player was fired from his team. For her that was the moment she won all the respect she has in Perú
