  • Koros was attacked in the media in the spring of 1987. After the Eger-MTK match, Jozsef Verebes, who was the head coach of MTK and the Hungarian national team, said that Koros was disgusting in this match. It's strange because in all the witnesses' opinions, Koros did a good job this day. He retired a few months later. Everybody thought that this incident was the main motive, but he denied it.
