Compared to his (international) football career, a series of minor qualifiers and intertoto matches, Igor Anatoliyovych Yarmenchuk's (national) career sounds much more interesting. He studied medicine, used to head a polyclinic, teaches psychical education and sports at the University of Kiev and he is the technical director of the PFL.

A good youth player for Dynamo Kiev, Yarmenchuk became a national referee in 1989. He carried a FIFA badge between 1995 and the end of 2002, taking charge of 57 matches. Not much in 8 years, but Igar Yarmenchuk must be a busy man.
