*Hubert has played football since he was 8 years old.
* 1958 19 years old Hubert started to referee his first games in Aruba.
* From 1968 till 1991 he has been a first class [A- class] referee in the Neth.Ant.-Aruba.
* He participated to international referee courses:
* 1975 Certificate Referees course by La Federacion Salvadorena de Futbol, El Salvador, San Salvador.
*1977 Certificate Seminar FIFA/Coca-Cola [ Desarollo del Futbol Mundial] San Salvador.
*1978 Certificate Seminar FIFA/Coca-Cola
[World Football Development Program.] Curacao. Neth.Antilles.
*1979 Hubert received the FIFA Badge.
*1983 he obtained a certificate of graduation for a course he had followed in England from the Football Association London.
*1987 he obtained a Certificate for a Seminar and course for Referees Instructor Engeland.

Hubert has conducted Referees Courses In Aruba, Curacao, Cayena and Suriname.

*1991 he ended his career as an active FIFA referee.
*1992 till 2002 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Referees Committee CONCACAF.
*1993 till 2002 he was Chairman of the Referees Committee of the CFU.
*1993 Zurich ,27 of October Hubert has received the FIFA Referees Special Award [Special Pin]. Presented by President ,C.O.N.C.A.C.A.F. Jack Warner, the 29 th of January 1994
*1993 till 2004 Hubert was FIFA Referees Inspector and Commissioner.
*1996 FIFA Instructor for Referees Courses.
*2001 Hubert attended FIFA Referees Courses In Munchen Germany.

Mr. Hubert Tromp has served as follows in administrative functions.

Member of the Referees Association of Aruba.

Member of the Executive of Committee of Aruba League.

*2004 March 7 in Jamaica. Hubert had the honor to receive the 25 th. Anniversary Award of the C.F.U. as the best referee of the last 25 years of existence of the C.F.U.
*2004 First of May in Granada at the 100 anniversary celebration of F.I.F.A. ,the C.O.N.C.A.C.A.F. had honored Hubert Tromp and other members with the installation in the Hall of Fam of the C.O.N.C.A.C.A.F.

He had games in Salvador,Mexico,Guatemala,Hunduras,Costa Rica,Suriname, Santo Domingo,Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago,Barbados,Curacao.
