He refereed quite a few difficult games, like Dinamo-Red Star and Hajduk-Partizan. Also in 1989 Bujic took charge of the Yugoslav Cup final between Partizan and Velez. The Yugoslav Cup (in Serbo-Croatian: 'Kup Jugoslavije') was also known as the "Marshal Tito Cup", since its establishment in 1946.
