Son of Arthur Kingscott, the famous referee who took charge of two FA finals in consecutive years (and the replay), Arthur jr ("Algie") offiated the 1931 FA Cup and internationally in the British Championship and in friendlies. He was a First League referee from 1921 till 1933.
