Calls: penalty can be given, second yellow card wrong, straight red card a joke, sending bfa's coach off was a joke, he did nothing. offside brilliant

Neutrality: actually neutrality is a duty. i am not sure whether he was unneutral but the fact that three major decisions which were all controversial or wrong leads to a lower mark
5.0
Style: too pedantic, wanted to be in focus and he managed that

bad perfomance, FIFA knows why he was actually a reserve referee..

General assessment
I only saw the "highlights" of this match. Bad decisions, all against Burkina Faso. Very bad! I wonder why FIFA assigns referees like him who are that bad. Unbelieveable!

Worst perfomance so far?

FIFA WC 2011 U17 group stage:
Burkina Faso u17 - Germany u17, 0 - 3. La Corregidora, Queretaro, Mexico, 2011-06-23

Paul Delgadillo Haro was actually appointed for this world cup as reserve referee. If FIFA had been prudent, they would have kept the status as reserve referee. This appointment was a great disappointed, we will probably not see him again, and that is good so..

Delgadillo's lesson how to influence a match
No doubt that Germany won deserved. With a good start they set the course for the round of 16. They lead 1-0 when the calamity began..

Decisions
The penalty. Hmm, perhaps he touched Yesil in his calfbone but there are certainly more referees who would not have given a penalty in this situation. Just two minutes later he sent a BFA player off with a second yellow for a tactical foul. Well, the rule book says it is yellow, but some instintive feeling would have been great. But actually it was no real fault by Delgadillo. Then the straight red..that was the biggest joke of the evening. It was a foul indeed, but that must be a yellow card, not a red one. Some words on dive calls..he made three dive calls including a yellow card and at least two of them were totally ridiculous. The linesmen, especially Rodriguez, were very good in offside detection. Delgadillo himself managed to be in centre of attention and that is reason enough for FIFA not to give him any further match.
