Theophile Tevi Moussoekewo Lawson-Hetcheli was an important referee from Togo. He was player for l'Essor de Lome and Stade Olympique Millavois in France. In 1967 he took his referee exams in France where he officiated for a while until he went back to Togo. As an international referee he took charge of about 60 matches. !980 may have been his last year as a FIFA ref.

His biographies on Internet have him officiate at three African Nations Cups (1976,78,80), twice in the semi-finals. Another source tell us he took charge of the 3rd place match in 1978 between Tunisia and Nigeria that was abandoned after 42 minutes.
