Tested? Not Really

UEFA UEFA YOUTH LEAGUE 2014-2015 final:
Shakhtar Youth - Chelsea F.C. Youth, 2 - 3. Colovray, Nyon, Switzerland, 2015-04-13

Except for some patchy periods of scrappy football in the first half, it was an engaging and entertaining final.

How the game developed
Chelsea started with a barrage on the Shakhtar goal till a few minutes after scoring the first goal (Brown, 7'). Then, slowly but surely, Shakhtar got possession and dominated the field until half-time. Their best player, Arendaruk harassed the Chelsea defence time and again from his right-wing position, till one of his crosses forced a Chelsea own-goal (37'). Chelsea started the second half the way they had started the first one, this time scoring a goal even quicker (Solanke, 47'). This time, they didn't slowdown, and kept puncing the ball, scoring a third goal soon (Brown, 55'), and domineering the game through to the final whistle. Kovalenko's entrance (71') reinvigorated a Shkhtar team who were on the verge of collapse, but the goal he ultimately scored (90'+2') was too late and short of sneaking the laurels from Chelsea, who undoubtfully deserved them. Among the victors, Brown, Colkett and the Frenchman powerhouse Boga, were the most impressive.

Mr. Gozubuyuk
The game was played in a positive atmosphere, fair-play all around, and no dissent whatsoever. Thus, the Dutch trio had no real problems to deal with. The referee made no more than a couple of mistakes before the last quarter-hour. Then, probably heat and fatigue got the better of him and he was prone to a series of dubious decisions (e.g. 78', 90', 90'+1'). This period also exposed his lack of fitness which accompanied even earlier, cases where he "misread" the game's development and was left stranded far from the unfolding events. Ars Steegstra and Diks had no real challenge4s to overcome.
