| Sao Paulo | - | Ind. Medellin |
Pezzotta did well in a game that started very calmly, but later become a bit more complicated. At the end of the match, a Sao Paulo player hit a Medellin one with his elbow, intentionally, but the referee didn´t see it. His sight was blocked by another player.
Good intention
The game was a bit boring, there weren´t goal actions and, at the beginning, nor dirty playing. Pezzotta´s intention was to keep control just by warning, but later he had to start using cards. Colombians and also Brazilians decided to take it more "seriously" and that increased the intensity of the game. Pezzotta showed a couple of yellows.
But
He was doing it well, in fact he did it, except for one or two minor mistakes. But that elbow, at the end, lowers his score. He was blocked, but the lineman should have told him what had happened. And Pezzotta should have used also the red.
