General assessmentA FIFA referee who doesn't understand the concept of a tactical foul. Missed a clear penalty kick due to lack of fitness and having to catch up to play. Had penalty been called for Brazil this could have been a different game. Luckily for Silviu Brazil had a very young team on the field and didn't show their frustration towards him. They knew he was horrible for both teams and needed to get themselves back in the game. Tough to watch.
