Referee Rune Larsson bio

Rune Larsson was born on the island of Gotland and as a boy he dreamed of playing in a large stadium. He never made it as a player but as a referee he took charge of 202 Allswenskan matches. Internationally he was active in the 1990s (see his palmares)

Once as a young referee Larsson was asked to take charge of a friendly with AIK in the national stadium of Rasunda. To everyone's surprise Larsson scored a goal with a header.
