Referee Igor Zakharov bio

When Zakharov stopped playing football in 1997 he did a few referee courses and three years later he entered the second division. One year later he reached the first division and in another two years the Premier League in 2003. Again two years later he got his FIFA badge at the end of 2008 he had to give it back again.
